I love this game but I think it would be really cool if being a femboy had more like changes to the game even if it was people thinking down you I would find the difference in content really cool
The devs very much on purpose made clothing non-gendered and give very little consideration for traditional gender roles. Since they'd have to undo those decisions and the general atmosphere of inclusivity to make people look down on a femboy, I don't think that would happen
