Most Honey Select-based AVNs nowadays use HS2, but I'm guessing Aevryn is using Honey Select 1 for their renders, which has a different style of models. That would be why the renders look similar to The Inn. There are also similarities to the art of Pale Carnations, Ripples, Harem Hotel, and Mythic Manor, which are all HS1 as well.
