Really, really well done environment. Plenty of character, big enough to feel the scale of the mall but small enough that it's actually useable for level design.
Pretty modular, shutters can be raised to open stores or closed etc. Stores have warehouse areas at the back of them too which just adds another layer of detail.
Had zero issues importing this from Blender into Unity, and immediately getting a workable prototype going.
