Not bad for your first game. I liked the setting, though it was strange going from a hospital to an industrial complex with a bottomless pit stairwell. I thought I had stepped into Silent Hill for a minute. The inner monologue segments seemed to focus more on justifying why the main character is there or just saying what he is feeling. You should use it to give information about the location or things happening around the player not just being like, "Well, I'm just stupid for being here, I guess." I didn't mind having to back track all the way to the beginning, but that part would have been perfect for a chase sequence especially if you wanted it to be like a slasher movie. It's much harder to remember which door you came through when you're running for your life. I did enjoy it, though. Good job on your first game.

Thanks, buddy! I'm already working on a third game featuring my own authentic 3D character models—including assassins, NPCs, and so on. I've really leveled up in that area; let's keep pushing forward. Thanks again! ❤️🙏🏻
