Yes, that's only for the villain of act 2. No other girl can go there. And in v0.14.1, the update I'm working on, I'm adding a slave route for the act 2 villain, so that will be an option if you want to enslave her instead. And no, that girl trying to rape you won't be a main girl. She'll only get a few scenes.
