Same thing, no difference. Today I also downloaded the new Voice Creator Pro and have no issues with that program.
Can you open this folder and email me all the files? You can also join Discord and DM me if that's easier.

You should also be able to open the folder directly if you run this command in command prompt:
explorer %LOCALAPPDATA%\SongCreatorPro\logs\
