Every case is pretty individual depending on how the game loads those textures.
Technically, the most reliable way is to replace the mosaic/uncensored asset files directly inside the Spine 2D project. However, I don’t work with 2D graphics or Spine animations myself—that’s something Spine 2D artists/animators in the community would need to tackle.
