is there plans for it? because i think it would be neat for the consensual preds that roam, like marina.

No plans for it, because in general I felt it would risk breaking immersion as humanoid Apex Predator's throats would have to expand quite ludicrously to accomplish this. This would also require more images and dialogue, which takes up precious time that must be managed so it doesn't become an impossible task to complete the game.
