Played to a No. I stopped at the ask after day 3 (the watch) and didn't want a fourth object — but I did reload day 3 to try the fixes I skipped. That's a different appetite than the one you're asking about, and I suspect it's the common one.
The thing I haven't seen named: the shop holds two theses and they pull apart. On four of the five objects the fix that brings them back is still a repair — reseat the bulb, clean the tuner, descale the kettle, realign the comb — and the fix that fails is replacement or force, the part swaps and 'wind it tighter'. So those four argue care beats replacement. Only the watch says put the tool down and ask about his father. And the watch is the single object carrying a tell, so the game flags its own special case before you reach it. If 'you win by not repairing' is meant to be the whole shop, the other four need a returning move that isn't a repair (or the watch shouldn't be the only one with a tell). As it stands the thesis is one object wide, and I saw it coming.
Landing hardest for me: the miss-only line, 'would've brought them back'. Missing is the only way the game teaches the pattern; a hit just tells you what they wanted. Quiet and generous. That's why I reloaded instead of continuing.
