Sometimes we just have to make deals with demons.

An option for glitter to be less grotesque is a big brain move.

Loved the voice acting. Loved the creep factor. Lots of great use of THE WEIRD.
The characters/backgrounds and overall sound design were well done too.
NICE WORK.

Look, I had to pick the glitter version on my first go just because I think that's an absolutely fantastic idea. The little 'bounce' when the sprites talk is so cute, and so is the character art. The voice acting is so crisp and professional. I did notice it got really quiet and muffled at one point when Pinecone was talking about names. Speaking of the name thing, it's SO eerie. Love it. This is a fantastic game!

Oh I really loved it! I didn't expect it to be such a  head trip! At first I was confused and unable to follow the story, and then realizing it was intentional design? Ugh so good. I loved the diverse characters, the ways in which they emphasized and slowly ramped up the player's sense of helplessness, and I would definitely play again for the extra endings. And the sort of romantic scenery combined with the glittery horror was really unique. Last but not least the voice acting was top tier! I didn't hear any clipping in the recordings either, and voices in the same scene sounded the same level which I know wasn't easy so extra kudos. Probably my favorite spooktober game played so far this.
