friendly reminded that these characters are also cannibals??? this game is intended for an 18+ audience and everyone who's an adult can hopefully differentiate fiction from reality and are old enough to not have their actions and moral compass distorted by a piece of fiction. most yandere stuff is somewhat problematic in nature so maybe this just isn't the right type of fiction for you. reading things like this can be cathartic for many people and a safe way to experience uncomfortable and scary situations that you'd never want to actually experience in real life. you're also making an active choice to read this, so you're in full control of the situation. being able to have the feeling of control over the bad things that "happen" to you through fiction, especially interactive fiction, can actually be comforting for many people with trauma. I can understand this kind of content being an issue for a young, impressionable audience but otherwise I think this is very much a "dead dove don't eat" situation (there are content warnings on this page for a reason!)
