Thats odd. Certainly a bug, maybe related to her scripted dialogue. Happend this on a new game file or by replaying the tutorial? Also which game version did it happened on? Did you do a normal attack or skill?
Did you play on a windows computer or emulator?
Any other information you remember may also help.
Thanks a lot for the report I will look into it^^
So the bug happened on version (0.7.5).7z on windows. it was right after installing it and making a new game file.
i sadly can't remenber what i used when she disapeared sorry.
the only other thing i can think off is that i was fighting her for a while , i think she was replaying some dialogue and i was getting lucky with crits so i might have "killed" her , i don't know if your meant to lose or if you can win the tutorial but thats all i can remenber.
also been following your game for a while i absolutly love it is a great game im exited for the future :)
wich makes me sad i can't get the more expensive subscription on patreon to support you more all spot are filled :(
Ah I see. Since you had the dagger in the screenshot I suspected as much.
I did try to replicate it for a few hours with no success. I also never heard of a bug where the enemy gets invisible.
The most likley conclusion i came two are these two:
-It's a emulation error. Several people reported playing the game on their mobile device through an emulator caused crashes in fights. Those most likely has something to do that the emulators have problems with external plugins used in the game. But this would just apply if you playing the game on any other plattform than windows. Do you play on windows?
-The other possibility. It's a ultra rare bug caused by various factors playing into another, most likley related to the random skills you get in that fight. I did check the skills for possible error but could not find anything to replicate the crash so far.
-A kinda third option. Its something I already fixed in one of the version 0.7.7 to 0.8.6 so I couldnt find it while playtesting on the current build. But i cant remember fixing a game breaking bug in that fight so I dont think this is the case.
Winning the fight actually leads to a small secret, its nothing game breaking. I also tested beating her on turn 1, 2 and 10 to see if that makes any difference but no crashes for me. Did you make it through the tutorial or did the crash always happens in that fight?
And thanks, glad to hear you enjoyed it so far : )
And sorry, spots are often filled out-_-
