I mean, on a theoretical level, it would be weird, because the game is set in on a day-progress, you'd not only need to inseminate someone first, which would already take you quite long to happen, and then you'd have to wait for at least the same amount of time to see anything growing.
Unless, the other option would be, a pregnant girl is sent to the school, and she's already there. But then you have the problem that she at some point has to deliver - which then would probably take her out of commission again.
Meaning, it's test to leave that kind of kink out of the game and focus on what is already there.
