I think what they meant was they want an update that when its time to give birth then your character's water will break and after that you have so much time to get to the nurse else you will be forced to give birth where you are.
Ohhhh, I see. The lore does state drugs or something halt water breaking until the mother is ready, so I doubt that will be added.
