Must acquire the universal spark. Its a gift from Pangu after defeating the terran fleet. Then you can make an inner cosmos. If you defeat all Great Old Ones there, you gain a shard that can be used to ascend further.
I've really enjoyed the new update! I kinda wish there is some sort of generated design templates for yourself and for the characters. (minature cute versions of cultivators with customizable fashion would be looking kinda dope for the next update)
