Use of the limitation
The idea was to show people freezing and the player was going to help them with coffee and hot chocolate, but time ran out before we could finish; still, we hope we'll be allowed to upload the project (even though it is a logistical disaster).

Cookies eaten
Zero, buuut, I (fallacy) did eat cake while developing it!

It took me quite some time to figure out the controls, but when I managed to - it became very fun. A pleasant and relaxing game indeed, good luck in progressing!

Overall, the game looks and plays pretty well! I won't repeat the same feedback, since I'm sure the developers are already aware of most of the areas that could use improvement, such as the theme not being fully integrated, missing sound effects, and the lack of proper onboarding.

Instead, I'd like to highlight that the game has real potential, both visually and in terms of gameplay. It genuinely looks good and is enjoyable to play.

I'm happy to see that the developers managed to bring the project to completion, even if it was in a relatively simple form. You've gained invaluable experience along the way and created a solid game to show for it.

Wishing you all the best with your future projects! Keep it up! ❤️

Really unique idea! keeping the people warm with drinks, i like it. To not be completly biased, the game does have its issues here and there, but this was unique enough that i think it gets a pass. With a bit more time this wouldve been a really good game. Great Job!

Hi!

This is one of those games that really makes you appreciate how differently everyone sees the world. There's such a unique atmosphere to it, a certain slowness... something I can't quite put my finger on that makes you stop and think.
Best!

Developer

Thank you very much! I hope you try out the next update when we release it!

Love the concept, and gameplay is enjoyable!  Some satisfying pouring and placement sounds could amplify the vibe by a ton, and if you were to go further with it some different customers, love the dog though😂

I think the moving between left and right mechanic between kitchen and counter could be indicated with an icon or something to make that more clear, had to read the description to figure out how to start. Just a little pulsing arrow or something on the left screen border, or something like that, might make a big difference w teaching new players or non-gamers

Seems from your replies you guys are thinking abt expanding it further with modifications like this in mind, would love to see a v2!

Ty! Fallacy and I are currently working on the improvements - there's more client variety and actually look like they're walking instead of sliding (they also comment on the quality of your service!), a paw cursor has been added, and we've reached out to a musician, so we'll hopefully have a melody at some point. We are also looking how to implement other elements like the ones mentioned in earlier comments, a pause and a return/replay button, as well as a coffee "cheat sheet" so as to have clients make a regular order (latte, cappuccino, etc) instead of being awkwardly asking for specific percentages. I'd also like to redesign the main menu and cover at some point... 😅

Really cosy! But I agree with the other comment, I recommend mentioning in the description that you change between front and back of house by moving your mouse to the side of the screen

Would love to see this expanded upon though with a greater variety of customers and music/sound effects!

Developer

Thank u so much!, and yes, we are thinking of including different customers and sound!
We are also thinking of a small tutorial
