I also have this bug, no idea why. (the first time I played it, the blood was normal)
Edit: Updating my graphics driver fixed the issue, but then it broke again after relaunching the game... Also, the glass on the main menu renders improperly, probably related to whatever bug is breaking the rendering of the blood.
right click the CARL app in the folder, click more options -> create shortcut. Right click the shortcut -> properties -> Target copy and paste this to the end of the text: ' -force-d3d11 ' make sure there is a space after the " before the ' force '
