Tried the first party. The auto swing stick is a nice idea and the title screen is lovely. I got 0 piñatas on my first go because the piñata swings out quite far and 13 seconds goes fast, so a slightly gentler first party might help new players get a win before it ramps up.

Thanks a lot for playing and for the clear feedback! You were right: most players were only breaking 1 or 2 piñatas in the first party. I've just uploaded v0.7.1 with a gentler first party: the piñata swings much less and more slowly, it breaks a bit sooner, and you get 5 extra seconds. Hope your next first party goes much better! 🪅

Tried the new build (v0.7.2) and the first party feels much better now: I broke a piñata straight away and building a x12 combo with the broom was really satisfying. One small idea: the tip bar sits at the bottom, away from the action, so a quick pop near the star on your first critical hit might help it click sooner.

Thanks for testing again! Really glad the first party clicks now (and a x12 combo with the broom is no small thing). Great idea about the star: v0.7.3 is up. After your first piñata, a label pops up right over the ⭐ ("Aim at the star: x2 damage!") until you land your first critical hit, and that first critical explains itself just below the piñata. The bottom bar is still there for the basics. Thanks a lot for helping shape the game!

Also, the full version is coming soon to itch.io, and when it's out I'd love to send you a free key so you can play it all. Consider it a thank-you for all the help!
