would be cool to make it simple to play and understand the end goal :)

Developer

Agreed, the accessibility criteria on my game is definitely not the strong point, at least not on this iteration. Thanks for your feedback, I'll keep improving on this after the jam is over.

The game seems to be really interesting, but kind of confusing. It would be great if you'd share a walkthrough :)

Hey, that's a good suggestion! I will add a walkthrough video on the game's page in a few hours.

Here is a link for he walkthrough video:

Thx! It really helped me beat the game, and i can say - it was fun (a bit frustrating tho)! <3

Yeah, it is really hard to call it a game. But I can certainly call it a very early prototype for a pretty interesting game. It’s a real shame you didn’t manage to get it into a playable state. But the music and style are still good, especially the music!

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed the music! This track was originally planned for a NES game, using Famitracker.

Regarding the game being in a playable state, I would say that it is kind of in a playable state, but definitely not a good one, or a really enjoyable one. It is possible to finish the level with a combination of card scrapping, searching and moving.

I have updated the game's page with a bit of info on how to play the game.

Nice game! I can see the potential! I got a little confused with how to obtain new cards and what to do! But I can see it being a lot of fun if you add a tutorial (its a 3 day jam, so its reasonable you didn't get that done in time, i also had to cut a lot :))! Good luck!

Thanks for your feedback, it's greatly appreciated :)

There were so many things I wish I had time to do, to ease the players into the game, instead of just throwing them into like "figure it out, good luck!" ... but then again, at 40 minutes from the deadline, the enemy character wasn't even mobile yet ... so I guess I should rejoice to have been able to submit what I had then and there!

haha yeah I can relate! I was working on the boss fight for my game and everything broke last second and I had to end the game short! Ig we all had to sacrifice something this jam!
