I like the mechanics. It's fun.
If the shotgun could kill coworkers and you couldn't get stuck between them it would be perfect

The choice not to allow killing coworkers was intentional, Giving coworkers the possibility of cornering the player and boxing them in was also intentional.
Unfortunately, it was supposed to be game over "Laysted" if you ever got boxed in and are unable to escape but due to a bug the death screen sometimes doesn't show up and you're forced to manually restart that level :\
