I have always loved elves but for some reason there are very medias on them, especially games where they are completely absent from the indie industry. I am certain nobody will ever make a game on elves, still I would  really like to change that so I thought about making a game jam where people would make games on elves even small ones, but I don't know how these work at all, can some people help me and tell me how I should proceed? thanks

Set up a jam via Dashboard, write a friendly and informative jam description, post the dates around your channels, Reddit, etc. Some people expect a discord but it's a nice-to-have. And then wait for people to come! If you know places where people already love your theme, make sure to let them know as well. Don't take it personally if it stays small, and be happy if it blows up!

I will say, I'm a big elf fan so even if my contribution is small, would love to do something like an elf jam.
