This hurt to read, we all hoped the world had gotten better than that. I am sorry you had to endure this. I wish you strength. Keep making art please.

Buttons are not fully functional in the prototype. Instructions and controls are on the game page, sorry if you had a hard time. This is only a prototype, a proof of concept. I did not feel that full ingame tutorial was a good use of my time at this point but obviously I need to rethink that. Thanks for playing.
I got seven downs, then got stuck on Australia because hints or not I couldn't get past it. In principle, I like it. I first got a bad impression bacuse of the pixellated look in windowed screen but fullscreen was better. With, I don't know, humane puzzles :D this would be something I would gladly have running during the day.
Stupid floor made of soap!
The running and jumping is nice enough, I liked the tone of the dialogue. It was funny alright, but also frustrating to get to the every-trap-in-the-box level :D But I lived. Eventually.
Obviously the game can use a more assets. Even if this aesthetic is what you#re going for, the contrast isn't always great (the first spinning blade I avoided by accident and only afterwards wondered what that shower of sparks was I just ran through because I didn't see it). Personally I am no friend of pixel fonts, but that's your choice, really. Overall, fun!
I did try the web version and sadly I didn't make it even through the tutorial level because I did not understand how to get across the single dark tile after the fire pits - I tried switching this and that and collecting this and that and died a few times; I tried finding out if your game page has something helpful on it but if it does I didn't find it.
I like the premise of the game, handling two worlds is always fun puzzle concept. Since I did not come far I am not sure if your game has that special spark.
I found the movement slow, and it did not take my input when I felt it should. I can see this game being fun when it runs smoothly though.
Very sophisticated for a week-long jam. Lovely background story, good eye for details, great art. I did find it a bit tedious after a while; maybe I would have felt more rewarded if I had managed more than two glasses per day max? But the pace does feel good the for narrative, so I am not complaining.
Highly adorable! I was devastated when I confused grey and yellow and one customer went off all sad... I loved paying this game. I understand the reasonning behind the pause counter and I liked the maracas too, but they tried my patience too much. But extra points for allowing me to pet all animals!
I cannot fathom how anyone could come up with the idea to NOT teach deaf people sign language. Of course it's a great benefit to us hearing folks if you guys speak, but that doesn't help you at all, does it? And I cannot imagine how hard it must be. Gah.
Anyway, wonderful zine as always, very pretty, too.
Thanks for taking the time. My main concern was trying out the game concept with and audience, not the funcitonality of the software itself, but maybe I should have simply left things out instead of showing currently empty menu options. I made list of things to fix, I knew some of these issues, others were new.
I am glad you find the concept itself interesting so I will focus on polishing this preview enough that people can play it without too much pain and take it from there.
From the second round onward I either missed the whole point or my damned employees were just... doing their jobs or somehting. I really like the presentation, the boiling lines style, the little quips about the emploeyees and I sometimes just ran my mouse around to see my boss hand moving too. Great eye for detail, nice game!
Not the most innovative core mechanic to clear the numbers this way but you made great use of it, it helps get into the game quickly and I love your theme interpretation. The retro presentation is nice. I am not sure - maybe I didn't pay attention - if the example actualyl played during the first few tutorial steps.

It's not finished! I am calling this part one and there is one more story beat. Also, did it end on the skatepark? I had more after that. Argh. Narrat is a new engine and I was only half paying attention, I will check. Thanks!
If you, like me, love snappy combat choreography, you really cannot miss John Wick. If you're one of the watchers who zone out when fighting starts, you can go without.
