I really like the minimal mint-green look, the hand-written font and the step-by-step tutorial arrows. Restart and undo are easy to reach, which is great for a short 30 second level. The slingshot has no aim line or power indicator, so small pulls looked unresponsive and I could not manage to merge two balls. The timer also seems to run during the tutorial, and the scoring goal is unclear, so an aim preview and a paused timer at the start would help a lot.
When you select a ball, you can move the cursor away without releasing it. This will extend the arrow indicating the direction of the push. The longer the arrow, the stronger the hit. It seems this mechanic wasn't explained clearly enough.
Fighting the time was a thing but i love the phsyics also those balls merging really cool
Great idea! It would be nice if time could slow down or be stopped while aiming, otherwise it's very stressful to me to aim quickly, without much intention, just to hit the spawner to make a mayhem :D
Thank you for the feedback. Regarding the time-stop mechanic, I’ve already realized that it should have been included to make the gameplay more engaging.
Interesting idea!
It was hard for me to handle balls generation and union.
Sheesh, I am actually a decent pool player so I thought I'd be better at this :D It was fun, the minimalist graphics fit nicely, it was fun to spawn the heck out of the orbs. Good job!
Thank you for the feedback.
Cool idea! The clustering orbs mechanic is fun :) I was having trouble with the mobile controls though. Especially when the orbs were near the left and right side of the playing field, there was not enough space to swipe them back to the center. I could also see this work in a not-time-limit context, something like a puzzler where you have to feed some creature a certain combination of orbs, where size (portion) and color are goal indicators.
Thank you for the feedback!
Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to fully optimize the game field for mobile controls. The issue with the movement speed of the spheres on mobile devices also remains unresolved. In the desktop version, the spheres move a little faster, so the game is easier to play there.
And a special thank you for the idea of how else this mechanic could be used :)
Interesting concept with the scaling difficulty. It took me 7 or 8 tries just to clear the second level. It is especially painful when you are missing just 1 point of blue or yellow. 😂
It is awesome how the other orbs slow down while you are aiming. It would be great if time slowed down too.
5 stars. Great job! ❤️
Thanks for the feedback! Regarding stopping time, I couldn’t decide for a long time whether I should slow it down or not. Now I’m leaning toward the idea that I probably should have added it after all.
Yeah, it’s easier if you play on a mobile phone, but aiming on PC is tough when you're also pressed for time. 😄
So unique! I was having a lot of fun even though I wasn't too good at advancing.
