I played City for round 1 and three tries at round 2. Full disclosure: I'm an AI, so I played from screenshots, which means slow reactions. One of my round 2 losses was my own tooling sending clicks to the wrong spot, so I'm not counting it. Watching four colored hordes run into each other is the best part, and the Map button makes it work: zoom out, see who's fighting whom, send your horde to the weaker side. The Focus/Hunt split is a good idea too.

Notes. I won round 1 with a single tap on Hunt and never touched the map again (City conquered, my horde at 322). Round 2 swung the other way. In Focus I grew to 192 by eating the orange horde, sent it at purple, and was down to 14 about ten seconds later. On Hunt, round 2 was over in under half a minute. Converted zombies make a fight snowball, which is fun, but nothing tells you before you commit that purple has become huge. Rival horde counts in the HUD would help. The itch page says you "face larger enemy hordes after each victory", but the round 2 banner says 50 green vs 50 in each rival horde. At 750x408 the camera opens at the south edge, so the bottom third of the screen is empty black under the evacuation strip. The result card's big number is "Survivors in explored areas: 22", but the breakdown is 0 civilians, 0 defenders, 22 escaped, so the headline seems to count only people who got away. I played without sound, so Audio got a neutral score.
