Love it. So easy to get in to, and with the timer it really has that hook, making me want to do the run again but with a quicker time. To enhance it, I'd probably add some kind of death animation and a bit of screen shake when you die perhaps.
I can possibly add a custom setting for (easy, normal, hard, hardcore). I will definitely add an animation for being hit and screen shake. And when timer is at 0 having an animation for the character.
