I tried reloading it and playing it again, it seems when there are huge number of models in the viewport it lags when moving and sometimes when you stay still. I suggest to see the models and maybe reduce its vertices (I am not an expert but i think this is the issue), and I did not see any spikes on my gpu/cpu/RAM when the game lagges.
