I’m on a iPhone.

The game shows the "Thank you for your purchase" screen and my ads are gone

The offline earnings system is completely broken and only pushes the ad-supported daily reward.

I paid already and I’ve redownloaded the app to try and fix it which made me lose all the emojis I had and every marble I paid real money to get. How do I fix this?

Hi, I'm really sorry about that, did you try contacting Apple support for a refund? unfortunately I can only issue refunds for Android and PC. I can't recover your progress either as there are no cloud saves. Would you like me to gift you the PC versions of my apps as compensation? if so, please email me at: bouncymarble@outlook.com

No, it’s okay, as I have no computer to receive it on. Would I be able to get it in the future when I do get one? And, does the pro not work at all for iPhone? Please update the game.

Sure, no problem. There are still device related bugs on iOS that I was never able to reproduce/fix, and I don't think I'll have the time to update my old apps. My apologies again.
