Not to be a downer but, with what you described here (Act1 being the first week, this update focusing on the first day) and how long it took just to get that....
I've waited this long so I think I'll give it another year to see if things have actually progressed with some updates or if this is gonna be another game that takes an eternity to go anywhere.
