Use of the limitation
The limitation "Keeping warm" is the core mechanic of the game. The campfire has a charge (0–100%) that constantly decays. The player must find branches in the forest and throw them into the fire to keep it burning. The fire also creates a safe zone - a radius around it where the player regenerates health and stamina, and where wild animals don't attack. As the charge drops, the safe zone shrinks. At 0%, the fire goes out and safety is lost forever. Each day, the player must find an artifact in a shelter and throw it into the fire — this is how the day is completed. Collect 5 artifacts to escape the cold. The entire game revolves around "keeping warm" - both literally (the fire) and metaphorically (safety, survival).

Cookies eaten
Too many to count. The fire wasn't the only thing keeping me warm.

I like your concept i think its really interesting and could be really fun if developed further, it reminds me of old collectathons like slenderman. I did struggle to find anyway to regain my stamina though and i struggled to find anything in the forest it felt like i searched the whole map and couldnt find anything except 3-4 sticks. Its also a bit of a struggle to find my way back to the campsite, maybe some recognisable landmarks around the map could help with navigation?

There's a map in the game that you open with the M key, and it shows where stuff is: sticks, artifacts, the camp, and the player.

I'm really glad you guys liked my game, and I'm happy to get some feedback.
