I'm sorry to hear that but completely understand burn out. Sorry I've taken so long to respond, but yeah same for me lol, life keeps ya busy. That's good at least to have a plan, and yeah I wouldn't be afraid to take a break if you need, burn out can be real, and may result in a worse product being turned out. I'm as excited as everyone else, but your health is the most important thing. If that means you need to shift gears to a different project, or take a break altogether, then so be it. Sometimes shifting gears to a new medium altogether can be the breath of fresh air you need, and can even lead to more and new inspirations.
At the same time don't give up ;), as an artist myself (and someone that sucks at writing but have my own stories lol) you owe it not to us, but yourself to see your work come to fruition, give it everything you've got, make your dreams a reality, and never give up, so others can experience your art form. Be it drawing, cooking, music, art is everywhere, and you owe it to yourself to express your art form, and live your freedom, so that the world can see your abilities. No idea is a bad idea, just a thing that you can make into something else later down the road, never give up, always smile, and when life gives you down, even if you feel you can't, laugh, because if you laugh you can overcome any challenge. NEVER GIVE UP, live life to the fullest, without regret! :D
