Feedback Quest 9 just ended, and I was able to upgrade the game significantly during that time. If you have a chance to give it another try, please let me know what you think. The enemies shoot back now, there's a boss at the end, and one-handed mode is supported out-of-the-box, among other things.
The menus aren't quite where they'd need to be for a Steam release, but they're slowly growing!
