Im assuming its a reflection of Noel's manipulative behavior but I do take a bit of issue with him claiming MC should be fine with killing someone else just because they don't want to kill Noel. But at the same time it definitely feels like a deliberate manipulation on his part and feels somewhat intentional, haha
