Came across the game via this post. It's interesting, but immediately overwhelming (at least starting with a random ward). I tried moving to an empty ward, which was slightly less overwhelming. It's clear I could triage people, but it took me a while to find how to hire someone and I couldn't find what to do next with the person in the waiting room.
