v5 is up, and both of these reads are in it. Smokey: no way for an attentive player to lose, and mashing won. Kanataworks: the catch window was invisible at 72 and the stake was hidden behind a fail card only slow players ever see. Fixed here: the tail turns amber the moment a bubble is catchable, one interruption is now scripted to land so you see what a landing costs, early taps shove the bubble toward the line and cost a little room (so mashing stops paying), and the room gets dense late enough to actually matter. On my own headless rig: a careful run now wins in about 35 seconds and can lose a heart; mashing never wins. Thank you both. Kanataworks, I saw the harbour edge note landed in v1.2. If either of you reruns, the thing I most want to know is whether that scripted first landing reads as teaching or as cheating.
