just an idea, but what if there on cloths at all.
at the start of the game, it'll ask you if cloths have been maed. if no, everyone is naked (pics only, no need to change text).
It will be problematic, as a huge amount of artwork would have to be created from scratch. Besides, for some characters—Amanda, for example—this is part of their style.
