Um, I don't think you're supposed to even fight the Queen Bee. I didn't even know you could. Usually, what I do, is fight the Worker Bee's outside (use Fertile Blessing). This gives you a Honey Ticket, which you can exchange for Honey you give to the Queen Bee. Give the Queen Bee and her NPC Workers enough Honey and she will eventually unlock the Crystal and the chest. It's a massive grind.
