How did you use DreamLayer?
Every painting in the game is a DreamLayer edit chain: generate the scene, then "keep this exact painting, remove the man in red", then "remove his hat and his reflection". Each new scene is image-to-image from one master painting, so the Duke, Bertram and Lady Constance keep their faces across all six paintings. The Countess's front and back views come from one reference, and her walk cycle is a DreamLayer sprite sheet (12 frames, using its atlas timings). Edits re-render the whole image (I measured ~21% pixel drift outside the edit), so I cut every removable thing into its own layer locally and stack them over the clean plate: scrubbing erases layers, so the reveal stays seamless. Happy accidents became gameplay: the reflection left in the mirror, the hound staring at an empty saddle, the twin who lost his wig. Press G in-game to see every edit chain with its prompts. About 35 of 100 API credits used, all via the DreamLayer MCP from Claude Code.

It's a genuinely original idea, I really love the artwork, and it's so much fun trying to erase as fast as you can. Out of all the game jam projects, my daughter and I liked your game the best!
