Don't know if this is a bug but after the scene where Jestyn is laying on our lap, which I presume is the end of day 2, it just goes back to the beginning of day 2 as if nothing ever happened. I straight-up thought this game was Doki Dokiing me 💀
...also I just found this game today and my soul has been rejuvenated 💕
Im super new to this game as well and that happened to me too. I was confused so i replayed it all over again thinking it was just a bug but i guess that was the end?? im not sure and im also not sure if that was the day 2 update of if that was all day one?? it also ended with jestyn on my lap. also by the I too have ascended to another plane of existence . ive played a few otome games and this one had me at the edge of my SEAT!!
It isn't a bug! I'd suggest you try replaying it and being more 'persistent' over some options the game gives you.
Down here is how you can avoid this "loop", read at your own discretion.

For example:
1. when you talk to Wizzy, click on 'examine the corner of the room' three times and the option 'what do you think about the king puppet?' will appear later on.
2. when you talk to Knighter, click 'examine the desk' three times as well, and the same option of 'what do you think about the king puppet?' will appear.
3. If you click 'Crownus room' three times as well after doing both of the previous ones, an additional option will appear where you can 'Don't let Jestyn follow'
After this, everything else will be up for you to figure out, you just need to be curious enough.
