Thanks for the report, GotyMetal, and sorry for the hassle! You were right: the menu jumped back to the top after every purchase. It is fixed in version 1.2.2, which is live now. Just reload the game and the list will stay where you are while you buy upgrades. Your save was never the problem. Let me know if it still acts up for you!
