Dig the concept of this! For the full game I'd hope to see the characters you talk to given a little more dimensionalality but can't really hold it against a demo since there's clearly more planned. I'm sure more will be revealed about the characters then! Look out for having too much text in your text-box, it overflows a quite a few times.
Overall, promising but definitely needs more polish (not surprising for a game jam)!
