Thanks for reporting! Found it: the Double Pulse blueprint fanned its two shots out too wide, so against small enemies both shots flew right past. Fixed in v1.2 (now the download), both shots go straight at the target. The browser version is now the XETRACE 2 preview, which works quite differently.
