Hey everyone! How's it going?

I'm joining Godot Wild Jam #98 and wanted to meet some fellow devs here!

I'm curious about what everyone's making this time, so let's hear it! 👀

What kind of game are you working on?
Is this your first game jam, or have you joined a few before?
What's the coolest idea you've come up with so far? (No spoilers if you want to keep it a secret haha)

it WAS an anomaly game but because of lack of time its now a demo of an anomaly game

Haha yeah, game jams always end up being a race against time lol. An anomaly game sounds cool though! Are you planning to add the rest of the anomalies after the jam?

Hi! This is my 7th game jam. I created a Desktop Simulator Puzzle game. It doesn't have everything I wanted, but I plan to continue it's developing after this GameJam.

Just barely submitted in time. Personally I think my game is terrible. I intentionally picked something that I wasn't good at, and ended up learning a lot of valuable skills from this jam. This is also my very first jam ever, as well as my 2nd completed project

Honestly, finishing your first game jam and learning that much along the way is already a win haha. I'm sure it turned out better than you think! What kind of game did you end up making?

I was going for a narrative horror game. But it's pretty much a walking simulator with extra seasoning. Sure it might be more enjoyable than what I'm assuming, but it falls way too short of my standards. That's in terms of the game on its own. As a whole, I'm pretty proud of myself

Honestly, I think narrative horror is pretty hard to pull off, especially in a game jam with such limited time haha. And hey, being proud of yourself while still seeing room for improvement is a good mindset. Do you have any plans to keep working on it after the jam?

Not in the forseable future. The idea itself is really limiting. I don't see it going much further. Plus, I'm like really busy. The freetime I have, I'd rather spend on other project
