The art is lovely, and the Out of Moves / Level Complete screens feel polished, which is rare in a jam. I ran the itch build headless with a simple greedy bot (mouse clicks only, picks the swap that clears the most crystals). Over 14 attempts and 285 moves it reached Level 12 with 0 console errors, so the core loop holds up. Two things I could see directly:
1. Finished goals count past their target and show a missing-font box. On Level 6, after the second fire goal was done, its counter read "4/3" followed by a small square with hex digits in it. That square is how Godot draws a character the font doesn't have, so it's probably a checkmark (or similar symbol) that never renders. Clamping the counter at the target and swapping that symbol for an icon or a font that includes it would fix both.
2. On a phone held upright the game uses about the top quarter of the screen. At 390x844 the whole layout (both side panels plus the board) fits into roughly the top 210 px, so each crystal is about 18 px wide and the rest of the screen is empty background. Landscape at 844x390 looks fine. A portrait layout with the board full-width and the panels above and below it would make it playable on phones.
A smaller note: Level 9 was the first real wall for the bot. It ran out of moves there 3 times in a row before clearing it. No earlier level stopped it more than once. A greedy bot is weaker than a person, so that's a hint rather than a measurement.
