For Mikeware, the .gif didn't work on LD60, so here it is:
Ah, thanks for the visual! I would take a guess that it has something to do with the language encoding of the keyboard. I only tested for English US, oops! 🤦♂️ I wonder if I can repro if I change my OS settings to French or if I'd need a HW keyboard as well, not sure if I have our old one still.
(I'm doing some funky things with Godot to translate the raw keycode to the ASCII character, I probably need to do a whole mapping of every key but that was going to take a long time for a jam vs. just calling a couple of hacky functions... 😅)
