Bruh how do you genuinely get this ghost girl scene and also while reading the comments apparently theres a scene for Diane??
For the ghost girl: buy 4 of the best cameras (the red ones), and install one in one of the girls' bedroom(not washroom or living room) , install all other 3 cameras at room 111.
Next, check that girl between 3:30-3:33, and you will see a cultist standing at the door(you don't need to do anything), then check room 111 between 3:33-4:00, and you will see a bunch of cultist doing a ritual(still nothing you can do).
And make sure you collected all 8 objects for the Lost and Found box. Everything above are necessary, make sure you trigger all of them.
Finally, buy at least 4 of the pointers(the last objects in the store), and wait at the lobby, check the camera you've installed, no need to be too often.
The ghost girl only appears during 1:00-4:00, and she appears really not so often. So once you see her in the room or passing in front of you: CLICK ON THE POINTER BOX AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!
If you get to a conversation with her successfully, choose the more sexual answer to reply. To trigger the scene, you will need to ask her 8 questions, and each pointer can be used to ask two questions.
BTW watch the time, if you were still in the sex with ghost girl after 3:33, you will triggr one of the endings.
