I don't think you have any idea of the amount of work you're asking for here. You're essentially asking me to re-render almost the entire game. Also Ryou (MC) and Shuu have the exact same base model with a slight height variation and a minor head shape adjustment.
With all due respect, pay me a couple thousand bucks and I still wouldn't even consider it.
