In the beginning it was quite a hassle getting used to the controls, especially not being able to put back the cans of repellant after picking them up, and if clicking again even more repellants disappeared 🙃
But after a while I really got a hang of the game and it was super addictive! I loved playing the game and especially the audio was suprisingly satisfying, both when watering and spraying and getting finishedpumpkins! I also loved the art, both the amusing art for the different items (especially the smirking fertilisers) and the gorgeous pumpkin seedlings and the later stages of the growth! This game caught me by surprise, being much better than I first got the impression of.
Also, having an optional tutorial might actually be the best choice you made when making this game. Not having to play the tutorial over again every replay (which is a problem with many of the games in this jam) made it so much less frustrating starting over! And having a tutorial at all (and a very simple one at that) made this game all the more enjoyable once I got started.
The monsters made off with my head though, that's a bummer xD
