I absolutely LOVE the way you've combined 2D and 3D elements! I also think gameplay-wise, this game has just the right amount of challenge. I saw the Bjorns first but couldn't figure out how to get to them until the end! For funsies, my "found" order was: Ralph, Wilbur, Cinderella, Hooty, Crowbert, Bjorns.
I love the music (and the slight spooky sound effects built into it); it makes it so trying to find everyone is just that little bit more playful of an experience.
I think the only major thing the game could benefit from is some quality of life; an option to view controls would be nice! For finding the Bjorns, I wasn't sure if there was a button I was supposed to press to crouch, or if there was another way around, or if I just wasn't getting them from the right angle...Also, the dialogue bubbles have just a little too much time between when the bubbles show up and the dialogue starts to show up (and there's a strange little symbol every time there's supposed to be a punctuation mark; maybe an issue with the web build?). None of this actively detracted from the gameplay, however, and I thoroughly enjoyed the game, and the little bit of worldbuilding/lore baked into the dialogue, and all the characters you created!
As a side note, I love the way you can jump onto almost all of the 3D objects; I spent so much time trying to climb the pumpkin piles and get on top of one of the large, carved pumpkins, before I realized that this was the wrong place to access Crowbert from XD A nice red herring! And I also really liked the little hints you built into the gameplay of how to access each character; the dirt mound on top of the giant stone facing in the same direction as the little stone steps to access Crowbert was a nice touch!
