I mean, I agree. I guess they could add smaller physical interactions like fingering as one of the tests, or even completely non-sexual things like a thermal scanner, a blood draw, or unique dialogue interrogation options. It would definitely make a "no-sex challenge" possible and give players more alternatives if they don't like a specific character.
