Help wanted.
How to trigger the empire storyline?
I think I've done the lea questline already but I'm not sure because from what I heard you're supposed to have an achievement of completion but i don't have it (I have an achievement of completion for fluo and the hacker quest so I asked).
Also I think I fought the companion and won but nothing happened.
I've only ever reached 3300 l.y and I still haven't gotten this so called "manipulator"
How do I progress forward?
